New in 2015 we are presenting The Art of Selling Craft, a one day symposium for the on-premise trade with a programme full of educational seminars to broaden delegates’ skills and knowledge when it comes to serving craft beer.
Some of the best in the business will be on hand to give insights on how they run their own establishments while top industry consultants will also share their knowledge.
Seminars look at purchasing and menu writing, best practice for storage and draught systems, identifying beer faults and the all important part of selling the beer to a thirsty customer.
